Midland’s annual Christmas tree lighting is Tuesday November 30th at 6:00 at Centennial Park. Midland’s “All American Christmas” kicks off with an event welcome at 6:00, the tree lighting is at 6:30, photos with Santa at 6:45, and door prizes at 7:00. Additional info here.

Midland College’s Holiday Evening is Thursday December 2nd. They’ll have food, art, music and fun – it’s Midland College’s holiday gift to the community. The event will include visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a student art show and reception, and performances by Midland College’s music programs. More info: HERE

The Andrews Chamber of Commerce is hosting their Holly Jolly Weekend starting on Friday with their annual lighted Christmas parade. The parade starts at 7:00, Northwest Ave D, with a Christmas light show to follow. The Sugar Plum Market is Saturday, with breakfast with Santa, lots of vendors to shop, and ice skating. The Sugar Plum Craft Show will be Sunday with a car show toy drive and ice skating rink.  More info here.

The Nighttime Jingle Bell Run to benefit Junior Achievement of the Permian Basin is on Saturday, December 4th. All ages are welcome to participate in this 1.5 or 5k run. Register  for the run or sign up to volunteer: HERE

Downtown Odessa’s annual Parade of Lights is Saturday December 4th at 6:30. There are also activities before and after the parade to take part in, Pop Spot shopping, children’s activities, and several vendors to shop. Parade route and more event details: HERE
