Teen Program: Sand Mandala. Ector County Library. 4-5:30pm. Tibetan Buddhists create and then destroy sand mandalas out of colored sand to manifest their beliefs in the physical world. The 11th Annual Wellness Tour July 28 – August 2 Wellness Tour promotes health and wellness in Midland and encourages healthy behaviors, health awareness, and wellness activities throughout the week at various locations across the city.
