Radio Board Operator
Are you a skilled audio professional with a passion for live radio broadcasting? We are seeking a talented Radio Board Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our radio station, ensuring seamless on-air operations and delivering an exceptional listening experience to our audience.
As a Radio Board Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and operating the radio broadcast equipment, including mixing consoles, audio processors, and other related hardware and software.
• Ensuring the proper levels and quality of audio signals throughout the broadcast chain, from microphones to transmitters.
• Coordinating with on-air talent, producers, and other technical staff to facilitate smooth transitions between program segments and live events.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts, maintaining the station’s on-air integrity.
• Adhering to FCC regulations and station policies regarding broadcast operations and technical standards.
• Maintaining detailed logs and records of all technical activities and equipment performance.
